"Growing a Community, One Individual at a time"

Our Philosophy

Crescent Community Outreach, Inc. (CCO) philosophical approach is that individuals recovering from mental illness and emotional trauma are able to live, work and thrive in the community.  Treatment is viewed as a partnership with the individual, CCO staff, and when possible, a network of family.  Working together, this supportive network enables an individual to heal in a trusted  environment marked by professionalism and skill.  CCO offers a comprehensive range of services designed to help adults, children and families cope with varied behavioral health challenges.

Whether accessing care for yourself, a loved one, or a person you refer, choosing a provider is an extremely important decision. At Crescent Community Outreach, Inc., we understand that not all people who need or want behavioral health support receive it from a psychiatrist. There is a relationship between your mental health and your physical health and we view physical and emotional health as interrelated elements of the whole person. We will provide our patients with a continuum of care that includes intensive outpatient services.

The team at Crescent Community Outreach is both passionate about quality    behavioral healthcare and compassionate about those we serve.  We recognize that emotional, behavioral and dependency problems can affect all areas of a person’s life. Our individualized treatments are   tailored to address each person’s unique problems and needs.  Each patient  will be assisted by our board-certified psychiatrist and our licensed social workers in finding and using the tools they need to be able to build a healthier, more positive life. Throughout the treatment experience, we work together with our patients and their families to encourage the best possible   outcome and ongoing plan for success
